This is our second project with Joscon. Our first project was a basement remodel and it turned out fabulous. When we decided to build an extensive addition to our home it was an easy choice to reconnect with Jon at Joscon. The addition was a big undertaking and included 2 additional garage spaces and a new primary suite (bedroom, 2 walk in closets, a giant bathroom and laundry). Jon and his team are well organized, keep a tight time line, and always have a clean construction zone. The BuilderTrend app they use is a simple way to keep track of the project including timelines and costs. I can’t believe they were able to make our vision come to light. Shawn and the rest of the crew were fantastic and so kind. Every step of the way was effortless. I can’t believe I get to enjoy this space everyday. I just love showing it off to all my friends and neighbors. It truly is a show stopper!

We hired JOSCON for our kitchen remodel. It involved replacing a section of our cabinets, a new stone counter top, back splash and sink, venting a microwave, electrical work and interior painting. Jon O’Sullivan was easy to work with and did a good job coordinating the efforts between all the suppliers and his sub contractors. He was very transparent on the schedule and any work order changes throughout the process. All of the sub contractors and Jon’s staff were very professional and knowledgeable. The whole project turned out great. We would recommend them to anyone looking to do work on their home.
