Jonathan O’Sullivan President and Owner of JOSCON Management Age: 38 About him: Born and raised in Lawrence, Graduated from Central Catholic High and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He lives in Atkinson, NH, with wife Becki, daughter Maeve and son Finn. Why your field? “Because of the passion that I have for seeing things come together, from the conceptual and blueprint phase right to final completion of a construction project.” Best career advice? “Be true to your self and treat all customers the way you would want to be treated. Have good morals and values and always communicate throughout the entire process.” Hardest lesson learned? “Learning how to manage time and money during both good and the bad times.” Mentor? My brother Scott. His dedication to work and family along with his ‘street smarts’ approach teach me to be focused in the same way.” Community payback? “Donating to my Alma mater, Central Catholic, as well as to to the Boys & Girls Club of Salem, N.H. I also run numerous road races for charity, including the New Balance Reach the Beach 200 mile relay. I also have served on the Salem Contractors Association Board of Directors.” Covet talent? “I would love to be able to match a face with a name immediately.
